Ann Lambrix serves as Vachette’s Vice President of RCM Consulting, heading up the company’s day-to-day operations. With more than 20 years in the medical insurance and billing industry, her experience provides for an insightful analysis of revenue cycle and the payor trends impacting reimbursement. Ms. Lambrix holds a MSJ in Health and Hospital Law.

Josh Yelen is a nationally recognized leader in pathology and laboratory management. He has spent over 20 years as an operator, mostly focused in anatomic and clinical pathology operations. Yelen’s experience include AP, CP and esoterics, from which he has built in-reach and outreach business lines. His particular expertise is around revenue cycle management, revenue strategy, expense efficiencies and operational workflow designs. Yelen is a Chartered Public Financial Accountant (CPFA) and holds a Master’s in Accounting (MAccy) and an MBA with a focus in Healthcare Administration (MBA/HA).

Mick Raich is the founder of Vachette Pathology. He is a nationally recognized consultant in the business of pathology and laboratory billing. His easy style and get-it-done personality have allowed him to become an industry leader. Mr. Raich has spent his decades-long career in health care, including experience with direct patient care, hospital management and pathology billing. Over the years, Mr. Raich has presented at every major national pathology and laboratory society conference and numerous state societies. He is frequently quoted, interviewed, and published as a specialist in this field. Mr. Raich is an ardent supporter of PathPAC and a member of MGMA.
Director of Audit Services
Billie Mildenberger comes to Vachette with more than 20 years of experience in the health care industry as a senior-level auditor. She has worked on managed care audits, payment posting audits, clinical and anatomic pathology audits, making her a valuable asset to the company. Billie graduated with honors from Owens Community College with an associate’s degree in applied business-accounting and is also a Certified Professional Coder.
Business Development Manager, Revenue Cycle Management Solutions
Mark Dietz joined Vachette Pathology in October 2014. Prior to Vachette, he spent seven years in the elevator industry as a national business development manager, where he was known for his personable nature and technical knowledge. Previously, Mark spent six years as an engineer in the automotive industry, working with Fortune 500 clients and major automakers. He even taught middle school in his beloved hometown of Baltimore, MD. Mark received his B.S. from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia and has traveled extensively throughout Europe. He currently resides in Adrian, MI. with his wife and son, Dylan, a budding superhero.

Alex Mitchell joined Vachette in February 2016 to produce web content based on the latest industry news and trends our team members uncover. A native of Blissfield, Mich., Alex graduated from Michigan State University in 2012 with a B.A. in journalism. Prior to joining Vachette, Alex honed his skills as a writer and communicator while working as a journalist in Kalamazoo, Mich. During his time in Kalamazoo, Alex was promoted from intern to staff reporter and earned a Michigan Associated Press Media Editor’s Award for his efforts. Alex also provides in-depth analysis and business intelligence for Vachette’s clients on CMS legislation, including MACRA, MIPS, PAMA and more.
In his free time, Alex enjoys playing quidditch and spending time with his wife, Ally. He is an avid gamer and Detroit sports super fan — a curse he’s passed down to his pet dog, Miggy (Cabrera), and cats, Calvin (Johnson) and Andre (Drummond).

Amy Keil joined Vachette in late 2018 after spending more than a decade in the medical billing world. She first worked as a billing supervisor in charge of overseeing payment receiving, data entry and payment posting before spending the past six years as a managed care billing specialist for a skilled nursing facility. Prior to her time in medical billing, Amy even ran her own local business for nearly a decade.
Amy grew up in a small town south of Toledo, Ohio. In her free time, she enjoys DIY crafting, reading and spending time with her three amazing daughters.
Beth joined Vachette in 2020, bringing with her more than 30 years of experience in the health care industry. Beth has coded and billed for multiple surgical specialties throughout her career, including neurosurgery, general surgery, ENT, plastic and reconstructive surgery, Ob-Gyn, ophthalmology, and most recently, urology. Beth graduated from University of Toledo magna cum laude in 2017. Beth’s communication skills allowed her to successfully appeal volumes of appeals over the years with great success, including an instance when she received a personal apology from Ohio’s medical director. Beth’s opinion has also been sought by, and published, in Neurosurgery and ENT Coding Alert publications.
Beth is actively involved in the community of Sylvania, Ohio, having chaired a number of community events.
Tami Shaw is a USMC veteran with more than 20 years’ experience overall in the health care industry, ranging from the fast-paced environment of hospital phlebotomy, to the very detailed supervision of specimen processing. She also spent time managing a team of more than 45 staff in all aspects of the revenue cycle for both clinical and anatomic pathology. She was credentialed in 2019 for Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) through the Institute of Financial Management.
Tami grew up in Oregon and currently resides in Granger, Ind., near Notre Dame University.
Hannah joins Vachette with more than 14 years of experience on the business side of healthcare, specializing in medical coding and auditing, education and practice management. She’s worked as an auditor/educator since 2015, helping physicians of all specialties maximize revenue while minimizing audit risks by ensuring documentation is supportive of the services rendered and follows guidelines set by governing entities. Career highlights include planning & leading the conversion to ICD-10-CM for a healthcare system and teaching medical coding courses at the university level. Hannah holds an Associate’s degree from Arkansas State University – Mountain Home and also holds multiple AAPC certifications including Certified Professional Coder, Certified Professional Medical Auditor and Certified Physician Practice Manager.
Hannah lives in north central Arkansas with her husband and five children. They enjoy all the outdoor activities the Natural State has to offer including hiking, fishing, kayaking and camping. She also enjoys being active in her community and serves as a mentor in her local public school system.
Kristi Beaucejour joined Vachette in early 2021, bringing with her more than 10 years in the health care industry, including a significant amount of time as a billing supervisor for a nationwide company. She also was a Business Office Manager for skilled nursing facilities and performed denial management.
Kristi lives in Orlando, Fla., although she is originally from Oregon, Ohio. She loves spending time with her husband, two daughters and family. She enjoys having game nights and going to Disney in her free time.
AJ Lech joined Vachette in March 2021, bringing more than 20 years in the healthcare industry, including a significant amount of experience in physician billing and contract management. AJ is particularly well versed in reimbursement audits and managed care contracting. He also spent time serving as the billing manager for a start-up pharmacogenomics lab and performed revenue cycle management responsibilities.
In his free time, AJ enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He likes to camp, kayak and spend time in the Sleeping Bear Dunes National park area with family and friends.
Cinnia joined Vachette in August of 2012 as our Executive Administrator – Accounting & Business Development. She has since moved into the Accounting Manager position. Prior to joining Vachette, Cinnia worked as the Assistant Manufacturing Director for 15 years at Syn-Tech Systems, Inc., an Engineering/Manufacturing Corp. in North Florida. Moving back home to Michigan, she brings with her more than 35 years of Business Management and Accounting experience. These years of small business management have given Cinnia the knowledge base and abilities to coordinate and manage Vachette’s accounting practices with a focus on our business growth forecasting.
Data Intake Coordinator
Grant Mitchell joined Vachette as a project coordinator in September 2018. He is a 2013 graduate of Blissfield High School who holds a B.A. in economics from Michigan State University. Grant is an avid sports fan who enjoys spending time with friends, being outdoors and gaming on his Xbox.
